Dale Rubinchik, D.D.S., Inc.

Dr. Rubinchik is always keeping abreast of the latest dentistry has to offer. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the San Mateo Dental Society. Dr. Rubinchik is also the Bay Area President of the Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity. Dr. Rubinchik keeps updated on the newest techniques and materials by attending numerous continuing education courses.

He has been practicing in Redwood City for over 20 years and has been a resident of San Mateo County all his life.

Dr. Eric L Niver, D.D.S., M.S.
Periodontist

Dr. Eric L Niver is a bay area native, being born and raised near Walnut Creek. He completed his undergraduate studies at Brandeis University in Boston, Massachusetts, then moved to Manhattan where he attended New York University College of Dentistry where he received his DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery). He then returned to California for a specialty residency in periodontology at the University of California at San Francisco, where he received intense surgical and implant training, sedation certification, and his Masters of Science in Craniofacial Biology.

Dr. Niver has been the recipient of research and dental leadership awards. He has attended numerous meetings and symposia on various topics in dentistry and periodontology, and is currently on the faculty of both New York University and UCSF dental schools.

Dr. Niver’s professional memberships include:

When away from the office, Dr. Niver has many interests including cooking, hiking, travel, running, biking, and especially the company of family and friends!

Toby Burgess, D.D.S.
Orthodontist

Dr. Burgess received his bachelor degree at the University of California, Berkeley. He then pursued his dental education at the University of California, San Francisco. He then continued his education at the UCSF, specializing in Orthodontics.

Dr. Burgess then joined the United States Air Force and was ranked Captain. While in the air force, he lived in Japan for 2 years. After 2 years he resigned.

Dr. Burgess has been practicing as an orthodontist for over 40 years. He has had private practices in San Carlos, Martinez and Healdsburg. He is now semi-retired and currently works in Redwood City and the South Bay.

In his pass time, he enjoys traveling, flying, sailing and SCUBA diving.
